"I got a new car and my insurance rates with Progressive went up hundreds of dollars. I have been with Progressive for 10+ years no major claims/accidents. I went online and got quotes from Geico, Liberty Mutual, etc all still really high so I thought maybe it was my new car. Grace from State Farm called me said she got my request for a quote and did I have time to discuss. I was at work but decided to take a few minutes to see what she had to say and let me tell you, its worth your time for the call!! In minutes she gave me a quote that SAVED me $1180 for a 6 month policy. I get to put back $2400 a year back into my pocket !! Also that policy i received bundled with renters insurance saved me on paying my renters insurance for my storage unit! I am so pleased. She was very pleasant and helpful and respectful of my time that I was at work. I of course cant guarantee your savings but give them a call, you will not regret and no I didn't receive any incentive for leaving this review."

"I've had nothing but service from Matthew and Brooklyn. Three years ago, I was at a dealer's showroom and another insurance company was giving me a run around. I was about to lose the purchase, when I called Matthew and he got me set up promptly. Since then, it's been a great relationship. "I recently in a car accident. I asked the receptionist to speak with my agent, Matt. I was told she would take notes and she would text me back with his response. The receptionist has terrible customer service skills. I asked to cancel my plan. She said she would handle it and again I received a text. No contact from my agent after being with this brokerage for 20 years. Disappointed in the service."
