"I recently in a car accident. I asked the receptionist to speak with my agent, Matt. I was told she would take notes and she would text me back with his response. The receptionist has terrible customer service skills. I asked to cancel my plan. She said she would handle it and again I received a text. No contact from my agent after being with this brokerage for 20 years. Disappointed in the service."
